Dr. NULI XENITIDOU

Dr. Nouli Xenitidou completed her studies at the Medical School of Athens in 1983 and obtained her specialty in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Alexandroupolis and at the Tzaneio Hospital of Piraeus in 1989. Since then, she has been working with dedication in the private sector, initially at the Mitera Hospital and since 1996 at the IASO Maternity Hospital. Dr. Xenitidou has specialised in minimally invasive surgery, successfully performing gynaecological and obstetric procedures such as laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries. In addition, she provides excellent care for high-risk pregnancies and is a strong advocate for natural labor and delivery.
n addition to her professional career, Dr. Xenitidou is fortunate to be a student of one of the great teachers of Obstetrics and Gynecology, her father. She is also the wife of a great visionary and the mother of three exceptional children. With her vast background and dedication to medicine, Dr. Xenitidou brings not only her knowledge and experience, but also a warm, human approach to the care of her patients.

Dr. Manolis Doulgerakis, a specialised OB-GYN, Laparoscopist, surgeon and PPC founder, is a PhD candidate at the University of Athens and is distinguished for his extensive experience in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, assisted reproduction, IVF, colposcopy, cervical pathology, as well as obstetrical and gynecological ultrasonography.
With exceptional experience in the management of high-risk pregnancies and IVF, Dr. Doulgerakis advocates for normal delivery after cesarean section. Since 1990, he has performed numerous deliveries at Major Maternity Hospitals and since 1996 at the IASO Maternity Hospital, with emphasis on performing normal deliveries under cardiotomographic monitoring. He has participated in numerous Greek and international conferences and has many publications in renowned medical journals.
In addition, Dr. Doulgerakis is a Certified Member of the Hellenic Society of Cervical & Colposcopy Pathology (HSCCP) and the Hellenic Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology (HSOG).

Dr. Ioannis Doulgerakis is an Obstetrican-Gynaecologist with professional experience in Greece and Sweden. He graduated from the English taught medical school of Comenius University and began his clinical career at the Surgical Department of Nikaia General State Hospital.
He then continued his training in Sweden at Linkoping University Hospital. He completed his speciality training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Centralsjukhuset Karlstad, as well as at Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, which is ranked 1st in Europe and 5th worldwide.
After completing his specialty training, he worked as a consultant physician in Sweden, gaining extensive experience in the management of low and high risk pregnancies, gynaecological surgical procedures with a focus on laparoscopic and robotic surgery, colposcopy, and the treatment of complex cases such as reproductive gynecology and endometriosis.
During his speciality training, he was responsible for supervising medical students and actively participated in their education in the Gynecology department. He also served as head of the Emergency Gynecology Unit, ensuring smooth operation and prompt patient care.
In his medical practice, he places particular emphasis on personalised care and on building a relationship of trust with each patient, aiming to ensure a full understanding of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Dr. Stavroula-Dafni Eleftheriadou

Dr Stavroula-Daphne Eleftheriadou, is a General Surgeon with specialised expertise in Breast Surgery. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and began her clinical career following completion of her rural medical service, with parallel surgical training at the General Hospital of Amfissa.
She continued her surgical training at the General Hospital of Lamia before completing her specialist training in General Surgery at the 1st Propaedeutic Surgical Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, based at Hippocratio General Hospital. In 2022, she was awarded the title of Specialist in General Surgery.
During her training, she gained broad surgical experience, including rotations in urological surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, surgical intensive care and trauma, as well as microsurgery of the upper limb and hand. She has also received specialised training in breast imaging, including certified education in breast ultrasound.
Dr Eleftheriadou has extensive experience in breast disease management, having worked for several years in a certified Breast Unit at Hippocratio General Hospital of Athens. Since 2023, she has been practising as a Consultant Surgeon at the 2nd Breast Clinic of IASO Hospital, while also serving as Head of the Breast Department at Personalised Prime Clinic.
In her clinical practice, she focuses on evidence-based breast care, following international guidelines and the latest scientific developments. She places strong emphasis on continuous education and on providing high-quality, personalised care, with clear communication and respect for each patient's individual needs.
DR. Adamantia Dereka

Dr. Adamantia Dereka is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with professional experience in Greece and Sweden. She graduated from the Medical School of Comenius University and began her clinical career at the Department of internal medicine of the General State Hospital of Nikaia in Athens.
She then continued her training in Sweden at Linkoping University Hospital. She specialised in Endocrinology - Diabetology at Centralsjukhuset Karlstad, as well as at the Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, which is ranked 1st in Europe and 5th worldwide.
After completing her specialty training, she worked as a consultant physician in Sweden, gaining substantial clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of endocrine and diabetological disorders. She also has extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of gastational diabetes mellitus, as well as thyroid disorders during pregnancy, with an emphasis on safe and individualised care for both the mother and the fetus.
At the same time, she collaborates in research with the Karolinska Institute, focusing on hypogonadism and testosterone therapy, and actively participates in European and nationwide Swedish conferences in endocrinology and diabetology. She has attended specialised postgraduate training seminars in Sweden and Norway, including in Lund (diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia, Stockholm (pituitary, adrenal, and gonadal disorders), and Oslo (parathyroid disorders, calcium metabolism disorders, and osteoporosis).
In her medical practice, she places particular emphasis on a personalised approach and considers active listening to the patient a fundamental element of treatment. Her goal is to provide clear and comprehensive explanations of all stages of diagnosis and therapeutic management, enabling patients to participate in meaningful and safe decisions regarding their health.

Dr. Michael Papacharalambous, MD, is an eminent Internal Medicine Practioner specializing in preventive medicine and advanced diagnostic technologies. He serves as Director of the Preventive and Personalized Medicine Department at PPC, as well as Founder of the pioneering Precision Medicine, Prevention and Longevity Department at IASO Hospital, which focuses on age-related conditions such as sarcopenia, cardiovascular disease, cancer and degenerative brain diseases. He is also the owner and Scientific Director of the Orthobiotiki Polyclinic and President of the Open Health Alliance, as well as Founder and Secretary General of the European Society for Preventive, Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine (ESAAM). In 2019, Dr. Michael Papacharalambous, in collaboration with the Laskaridis Group, installed in Greece the innovative OSTEOSTRONG system, the first of its kind in the country, aiming to improve and treat osteoporosis, sarcopenia, kyphosis and balance problems, common conditions associated with premature aging.

Dr Panagiotis Panourgias is a Consultant Gastroenterologist with long-standing clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal diseases. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens in 1982. He subsequently completed two years of specialist training in General Surgery and six years of advanced specialist training in Gastroenterology, receiving his specialty title in 1994. Following this, he obtained additional recognised qualifications in interventional endoscopy and abdominal ultrasonography, further strengthening his expertise in both diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures.
Throughout his professional career, Dr Panourgias has undertaken extensive continuing medical education, participating in a wide range of postgraduate seminars and advanced training programmes in Greece and internationally. His long-standing commitment to professional development reflects his dedication to evidence-based medicine and the adoption of modern clinical practices.
He has been practising as a private gastroenterologist for over 35 years and has maintained long-term collaborations with leading private hospitals in Athens, contributing to high standards of patient care within the private healthcare sector. In parallel with his medical career, he is a final-year student at the School of Humanities of the Hellenic Open University, reflecting a broader academic interest beyond medicine.
Dr Panourgias is fluent in English and French. Outside clinical practice, his interests include the collection of rare books, mountaineering, alpine skiing and competitive dinghy sailing.

Dr. Elisavet Tsiampali, a distinguished dermatologist-aphrodisiologist, has completed her PhD thesis at the University Hospital of Regensburg, Germany, focusing on adult onychomycosis with a broad pathogenic spectrum. She has served under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mark Berneburg, professor and director, making her one of the most qualified professionals in the field of dermatology.
Her career includes important positions and collaborations with leading clinics in Attica, as well as significant experience in prominent dermatological institutes and hospitals in Germany such as the dermatological polyclinic Praxis Frau Dr. Kramer in Nuremberg and the Biederstein Dermatological Polyclinic in Munich. Today she has her private practice in Kifissia, Athens.

Dr. Stefanos Anastasopoulos entered the Military Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1988 and graduated in 1994 with top grades. In September of the same year, he was sworn in as a second lieutenant and medical officer of the Hellenic Army. He was then assigned a year to the 401st General Military Hospital where he attended and participated in the activities of all the clinics and the hospital's emergency department.
In 1995, he was transferred to an artillery unit in Veria, Imathia, where he served as a unit doctor for 2 years. In 1997, following examinations within the framework of the army medical corps, he was selected for training in the speciality of Orthopedics. The title of being an Orthopedic doctor was then given in 2004 and from then, he has attended and participated in various conferences, seminars and practical training in Greece, Europe and the USA. He has also published multiple papers that were since presented at conferences or published in medical journals.
He is a regular member of many scientific societies (ISAKOS, EEA Hellenic Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Sports injuries). He has performed numerous surgical procedures, particularly in the fields of arthroscopic surgery, joint surgery (knee, shoulder, hip) and traumatology. In 2011, he organised the department of digital reconstructive surgery the the Athens Euroclinic, where total knee arthroplasty procedures were performed using the CAS digital navigation system. The department was selected as a reference centre for international studies. In 2016, he organised the Department of Digital Reconstructive Surgery at Metropolitan Hospital where total knee arthroplasty procedures were performed with a digital CAS navigation system.

Eirini Paschaleri (BSc, MSc) is a biologist specializing in nutrition. She holds a BSc from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc from King's College London. Since 2002 she has been working in Greece, where she founded the Nutrition and Anti-Aging Centre "Natural Health Clinic".
She is a member of several scientific societies and writes articles in various magazines and websites about well-being. She organizes Healthy Eating & Exercise Boot Camps and curates the menus for Anatolia College. She has organized a healthy eating campaign in kindergartens of the Municipality of Thessaloniki. She is the author of the book "Recipes that changed" and curates nutrition for children and seniors.
She participates in TV and radio shows and has inspired the Baby Boom Event to inform expectant mothers. Her philosophy focuses on long-term weight loss and weight maintenance through modifying eating behaviors.
